Strategy
Conducted a comprehensive Development Assessment that informed department restructure to effectively leverage human and technology resources for $18M nonprofit.
Design & Content
Organized the writing and design of an Annual Report that was distributed to over 1000 donors, volunteers, and organization supporters.
Event Strategy
Directed the writing and design of three (3) event sponsorship packages, including creating event themes and detailed plans, to help organizations meet and exceed their event fundraising goals.
Planning
Led ideation and development of new nonprofit organizations mission, vision, strategic outlook, board solicitation, website and logo design process, and more as they prepared to onboard an inaugural Executive Director.
Engagement
Developed and executed training sessions for two (2) private foundations to educate their grantees on fundraising best practices and tools for success. Additionally, led a special project that allowed six (6) United Way grantees to receive customized training and support, which included Board engagement and solicitation solutions; updated organization budgets; grant pipelines; website review and enhancements; comprehensive fundraising-based leadership consultation, and more.
