When Denmont came to us in the third quarter of 2019, I was so worried that we had lost too much time to achieve our fundraising goal for the year. Our Denmont lead consultant sprang into action immediately by planning our annual fundraising event including creating an updated sponsorship package; creating a grant pipeline and assisting with proposal writing; and introducing us to philanthropic leaders in decision making positions. We ended that year with an overall surplus in our giving. When the pandemic hit in 2020, our consultant jumped into action again.
