Fundraising Event Strategies
Over the past five years, Denmont has planned and executed events that have raised more than $3 million in nonprofit general operating support. Grant Research and Writing
The Denmont team has secured over $10 million in grant support for nonprofit organizations from private and corporate foundations, government contracts, capital campaign funders, the United Way, and specialty grant opportunities. We have extensive writing experience and possess the strategies to get your proposal reviewed by key decision makers in a competitive market where foundations are receiving up to 45 proposals for every one grant awarded. Additionally, we will assist with managing your reporting calendar and engaging all necessary program staff to secure outcomes and submit timely reports through our subscription with GrantHub, a grant research and reporting management system.
Denmont will also conduct grant research and writing training for your entire team. They will learn the components of a grant proposal and key strategies to get your proposal funded.
Annual Report Writing and Design
Denmont will lead the theme, writing and graphic design process to produce a compelling Annual Report that highlights recent outcomes and effectiveness. These documents are used as a communication method and tool for current and prospective donors, are included in grant application packages to help raise additional funds, and electronic links to online documents can be easily emailed to key contacts. Annual Reports serve as a historical tool for the agency to capture and track successful strategic achievements.

Your organization’s annual fund and year-end fundraising is only as good as your stewardship efforts and the community’s awareness of your story, accomplishments, mission, and vision. Denmont led a year-end giving campaign that included creating a theme; writing, and designing, a visually appealing brochure and ask-letter; producing compelling videos; and creating a social media and email strategy. The campaign secured over $1.5 million dollars in direct gifts and pledges. While we cannot guarantee these results for all clients, our strategies are proven to generate donations. Denmont will recommend creative donor touches, create stewardship plans, and provide solutions that will allow your organizations to leverage direct mail, email, and social media to secure donations for your annual fund and year-end appeal campaigns.
