Founder and Chief Generosity Officer

Aisha Arbuckle is the Founder and President of Denmont Consulting, a comprehensive nonprofit and philanthropic consulting firm that helps mission-driven organizations strengthen their fundraising, expand their visibility, and build the infrastructure needed for sustainable growth.
With more than 20 years of nonprofit leadership and fundraising experience, Aisha has raised or influenced more than $32 million in philanthropic and public-sector funding. Her expertise spans capital campaigns, annual giving, major gifts, corporate and foundation partnerships, government and private grants, fundraising events, donor cultivation and stewardship, development planning, board engagement, and fundraising communications.
Through Denmont Consulting, Aisha leads a team of professionals who provide both strategic guidance and hands-on project execution. The firm’s work includes conducting organizational and development assessments; creating comprehensive fundraising plans; developing campaign names, case statements, sponsorship packages, annual reports, and donor communications; managing grant research and proposal development; designing
donor-reactivation and annual-fund campaigns; planning fundraising and community-engagement events; and preparing nonprofit organizations for capital and comprehensive campaigns.
Aisha’s recent consulting accomplishments include helping clients secure millions of dollars in competitive grant funding, including more than $4 million through the U.S. Department of Transportation; achieving an 89% grant-success rate and more than $6 million in client grant awards during a single year; guiding organizations through capital-campaign planning and implementation; developing multi-year fundraising and growth strategies; and producing donor-facing materials that transform complex organizational priorities into compelling opportunities for investment. Her work has supported organizations addressing youth development, housing and homelessness, domestic violence, women’s health, economic mobility, and other critical community needs.
Before leading Denmont Consulting, Aisha served as Managing Partner and Chief Generosity Officer at Blended Measures Consulting. She also served as Chief Development Officer for Agape Youth & Family Center and Families First, Inc., providing executive leadership and strategic direction for fundraising, marketing, communications, and organizational growth.
Among her notable achievements, Aisha led a team of eight full-time professionals and 20 corporate and community volunteers to secure more than $9 million in 11 months toward a $13.3 million capital campaign while also achieving the organization’s annual fundraising goal. She has increased organizational revenue, strengthened grant-success rates, generated new unrestricted support through board and executive networks, and helped align development, program, finance, and communications teams around shared goals.
Aisha is particularly skilled at engaging board members and community volunteers as authentic ambassadors and fundraisers. She advises nonprofit leaders on governance, fundraising roles and responsibilities, prospect engagement, organizational health, and the cultivation and stewardship practices that turn supporters into long-term partners.
Aisha holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Duquesne University and a Master of Arts degree from Luther Rice Seminary. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and the Association of Fundraising Professionals, and she serves in volunteer leadership with Leap Year, an Atlanta-based nonprofit organization, and Impact100 Atlanta.
