Aisha Arbuckle

Founder & President

Aisha has over 20 years of experience as a senior professional in the nonprofit sector. Prior to becoming President of Denmont Consulting, she served as Managing Partner and Chief Generosity Officer at Blended Measures Consulting. She has also held roles as Chief Development Officer at both Agape Youth & Family Center and Families First, Inc. where she provided executive leadership and strategic direction to the organization’s resource development, fundraising and marketing initiatives.

She is an experienced nonprofit leader and fundraising professional having raised well over $20 million dollars for local nonprofit organizations, in the past 6 years alone.

Her notable accomplishments include leading a team of 8 full time staff, and 20 corporate and community volunteers, to secure more than $9 million dollars in 11 months toward a $13.3 million- dollar capital campaign goal, while meeting the annual fund budgeted goal.

Additionally, Aisha is skilled at strategically engaging volunteers and creating cyclical cultivation and stewardship efforts to ensure all constituents have an authentic connection to, and vested interest in, advancing the mission of the organization she represents. Aisha also has experience training Board of Directors members about the best ways they can show up as volunteer leaders at nonprofit organizations, including their roles and responsibilities, how to identify healthy organizations and more.

Aisha connects development and programs teams to streamline communication for effectiveness (with one of her department restructurings resulting in a 10% increase in program funding, during the first quarter, compared to the previous fiscal year).

Aisha has twenty years of experience creating and implementing development plans, managing annual campaigns, securing major gifts, writing award- winning grant proposals, casting vision, coaching staff, and working with board level volunteers to increase resources and expand agency visibility. She has also worked with private foundations and public figures to assist with their efforts to streamline their giving, train grantees, and build programs for community engagement.

Ms. Arbuckle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Duquesne University and a Master of Arts degree from Luther Rice Seminary. She is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.; serves on the Board of Directors for the Duquesne University Black Alumni Network, Leap Year, and is a member of Impact 100 Atlanta and the Association of Fundraising Professionals Greater Atlanta Chapter.
